We all have our story Mine led me here to helping others write a better chapter in theirs.
I don’t see careers the way most people do.
I see patterns.
Potential.
Misalignment.
And I see it fast.
My work is shaped by how I naturally think. I don’t do surface-level work.
I’m driven by significance.
I go where it matters.
I’m a learner.
I don’t stop until things make sense.
I’m an arranger.
I see how everything connects.
I’m an ideation thinker.I see possibilities others don’t.
And I have strong individualisation.
I don’t see “people”.
I see you.

“Weronika has the so-called 6th sense with people in her case I think is already level 7 or even 8th, and joined with her great ability to talk with people freely about everything, she can “make you” confess even one’s darkest secrets without anyone noticing. She will lead you to acknowledge your strengths and make you improve both professionally and personally”
Why people work with me.
People don’t come to me because they’re lost. They come because they’ve outgrown where they are.
On paper, it works. Career, business, results.
But they can see it: this is not the level they want to stay on.
They don’t need more motivation.
They need clarity.
What’s right, what’s not,
and what deserves their time.
No random moves. No starting over.
Just a clear next step that moves you forward at the right level.
Designed to Be Real
f her place. But her curiosity kept her moving.
“I didn’t want to just survive,” she says. “I wanted to belong.”
One day, she realised she was dreaming in English, and that simple moment changed everything. “It was as if something inside me shifted,” she smiles. “I had crossed from surviving to understanding.”
Finding Clarity in Design
London eventually opened new doors. Weronika worked in luxury design, creating neon signage for window displays in Mayfair and Oxford Street, then designing bespoke interiors and high-end kitchens in Chelsea.
“It was beautiful work,” she says. “But I started to feel disconnected from the people behind it. I wanted more responsibility, more connection, less design itself and more human purpose.”
When Life Slows You Down
Motherhood arrived during a time of uncertainty and gave her permission to pause. What she thought would be a short break stretched into years.
Just as she was preparing to return to work, her body made a different decision. A neurological illness kept her still for almost a year.
“It was hard,” she says quietly. “But it made me realise I couldn’t go back to who I was before. I needed to rebuild, not just my career, but myself.”
“When you work from your strengths, everything begins to align. Once you see them, you can’t unsee them.”

The Shift
After completing an advanced coaching course at the PCC ICF level, she still felt something was missing. “I needed a clear focus,” she explains. “A method that was structured, measurable, and truly transformative.”
She spent months researching career transitions, exploring how people move successfully between roles and what really makes the difference. She took almost every assessment available, both free and paid, in the UK and Poland.
“I realised these assessments are not just about data,” she says. “They become a language, a bridge between awareness and action.”
Around that time, she met a business mentor in the UK who encouraged her to trust her instincts and finally take the step she had been postponing for years. Their conversations gave her clarity and courage. “That’s when I realised I was more entrepreneurial than I’d ever imagined,” she says with a laugh.
“I stopped waiting for the right moment,” she adds. “The right moment begins when you do.”
Designed to Be Real
Learning about her strengths became the turning point that helped Weronika rebuild her confidence and direction.
“It gives you a foundation, like concrete beneath your feet,” she says. “You can build your next chapter, or even your business, on it. Suddenly, everything makes sense. There’s no confusion, no hesitation, no pretending to be someone else.”
Her philosophy grew from that discovery and became what she now calls Designed to Be Real, a framework that helps people align who they are with what they do. It brings together structure, awareness, and emotional intelligence to create meaningful and lasting change.
Building on this foundation, she created three coaching programs, each designed for a different stage of change: for those seeking clarity and direction, for those ready to take confident action, and for those who want to grow as authentic leaders or entrepreneurs.
Each one is rooted in the same principle. Real change begins when you return to what’s real.
As our conversation ends, she smiles, thoughtful but calm. “It’s not about starting over,” she says. “It’s about starting from what’s already strong and ready within you, from the part that’s been waiting to feel fulfilled.”
Build your brand, business, family, and career on your talents, let everything you create grow from who you truly are.
Strengths as a Foundation
Seeking direction, Weronika decided to work with a career coach. That’s how she discovered the CliftonStrengths assessment by Gallup, a tool that helped her see her natural patterns and purpose with new clarity.
“When I saw my results, something clicked,” she recalls. “It helped me understand why I always wanted to make things better, to take action, to recognise what makes each person unique, and to bring ideas to life.
I realised that in my previous roles, I had been using my talents, but mostly around the edges. My work required skills that didn’t energise me or give me the same sense of fulfilment as connecting with clients, exchanging ideas with colleagues, or contributing to the growth of the company. Those moments, built on trust, creativity, and collaboration, were what truly made me come alive. I had been doing what I was good at, but not what gave me energy.”
“I didn’t need to start from zero,” she smiles. “My strengths were already there. They just needed to be used differently.”
