We all have our story

Mine led me here to helping others write a better chapter in theirs.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re seeking more clarity, confidence, and work that truly reflects who you are, that’s exactly what my coaching is about.

I live in the UK and work internationally, supporting people across different cultures and industries.
I’m a Gallup Certified Global Strengths Coach and a coach trained at the ICF PCC level.
I completed my professional training at the Mukoid Institute in Warsaw and my Gallup certification at The Shard in London.

I coach from my clients’ strengths, not their struggles.
I’ve lived both

My Coaching Philosophy

Coaching, to me, isn’t just about talking. It’s about creating space for clarity to appear.

Reflection is the most powerful form of progress. That’s why, in my signature tool Career Mapping, designed for those looking to find their next role or direction, the first stage is always Self-Reflection, followed by Development and Action. Many people who use it tell me it’s the first time they’ve truly paused to think. And that’s exactly where transformation begins.

Today, I work with professionals and entrepreneurs who want to use their strengths to make better decisions, lead with clarity, and grow with purpose. Some of my clients come to me when they feel lost or uncertain. Others already know where they’re heading but want to move forward smarter, not harder.

Designed to Be Real

Written by an independent author after a conversation with Weronika Littlewood

The First Impression

Our conversation over coffee had a calm and easy rhythm. Although it was meant to be about Weronika, it quickly began to feel like a conversation with her, not about her.

She has this quiet way of making you feel seen. Not in a big or dramatic way, but through genuine attention. When she listens, you feel as if you have her full focus. Her warmth and curiosity draw you in, as if she truly wants to understand not just what you say, but who you are.

People close to her often say she can sense a mood before anyone speaks.

“It’s true,” she laughs. “I’ve always been sensitive to energy, to sounds, even smells and the smallest expressions. I pick them up instantly.”

Sometimes this sensitivity can be overwhelming. “My family sometimes tell me that I feel too much,” she admits. “But in my work, it’s a gift. It helps me see what’s real beneath the words.”

Her clients describe her as both analytical and intuitive. As we talk, I can see it. She notices patterns and emotions the way an architect sees structure in space.

From Architecture to Awareness

Before coaching, Weronika worked as a project manager in Poland, leading the installation of visual identity systems at an airport. It was a niche role combining architecture, design, and human behaviour, a space where precision met empathy.

She graduated in Architecture from the Poznań University of Technology, earning a degree as an Architect Engineer. It was there that she learned to see structure, space, and human flow as parts of one story.

“It wasn’t just about signs or coordination,” she recalls. “It was about helping people feel calm and guided in the middle of chaos.”

Even then, she was connecting people with meaning and direction, long before she called herself a coach.

Today, she often says that her background in architecture still shapes how she works. Instead of designing buildings, she now helps people design change — with awareness, structure, and purpose.

A New Country, A New Beginning

In 2013, she moved from Poland to the United Kingdom.

“What began as a hopeful new start soon became a lesson in identity,” she tells me. “Suddenly, my experience didn’t count. The culture was different. I spoke English, but I didn’t feel part of the conversation.”

For a while, she worked below her potential, unsure of her place. But her curiosity kept her moving.

“I didn’t want to just survive,” she says. “I wanted to belong.”

One day, she realised she was dreaming in English, and that simple moment changed everything. “It was as if something inside me shifted,” she smiles. “I had crossed from surviving to understanding.”

Finding Clarity in Design

London eventually opened new doors. Weronika worked in luxury design, creating neon signage for window displays in Mayfair and Oxford Street, then designing bespoke interiors and high-end kitchens in Chelsea.

“It was beautiful work,” she says. “But I started to feel disconnected from the people behind it. I wanted more responsibility, more connection, less design itself and more human purpose.”

When Life Slows You Down

Motherhood arrived during a time of uncertainty and gave her permission to pause. What she thought would be a short break stretched into years.

Just as she was preparing to return to work, her body made a different decision. A neurological illness kept her still for almost a year.

“It was hard,” she says quietly. “But it made me realise I couldn’t go back to who I was before. I needed to rebuild, not just my career, but myself.”

“When you work from your strengths, everything begins to align. Once you see them, you can’t unsee them.”

Strengths as a Foundation

Seeking direction, Weronika decided to work with a career coach. That’s how she discovered the CliftonStrengths assessment by Gallup, a tool that helped her see her natural patterns and purpose with new clarity.

“When I saw my results, something clicked,” she recalls. “It helped me understand why I always wanted to make things better, to take action, to recognise what makes each person unique, and to bring ideas to life.

I realised that in my previous roles, I had been using my talents, but mostly around the edges. My work required skills that didn’t energise me or give me the same sense of fulfilment as connecting with clients, exchanging ideas with colleagues, or contributing to the growth of the company. Those moments, built on trust, creativity, and collaboration, were what truly made me come alive. I had been doing what I was good at, but not what gave me energy.”

“I didn’t need to start from zero,” she smiles. “My strengths were already there. They just needed to be used differently.”

The Shift

After completing an advanced coaching course at the PCC ICF level, she still felt something was missing. “I needed a clear focus,” she explains. “A method that was structured, measurable, and truly transformative.”

She spent months researching career transitions, exploring how people move successfully between roles and what really makes the difference. She took almost every assessment available, both free and paid, in the UK and Poland.

“I realised these assessments are not just about data,” she says. “They become a language, a bridge between awareness and action.”

Around that time, she met a business mentor in the UK who encouraged her to trust her instincts and finally take the step she had been postponing for years. Their conversations gave her clarity and courage. “That’s when I realised I was more entrepreneurial than I’d ever imagined,” she says with a laugh.

“I stopped waiting for the right moment,” she adds. “The right moment begins when you do.”

Designed to Be Real

Learning about her strengths became the turning point that helped Weronika rebuild her confidence and direction.

“It gives you a foundation, like concrete beneath your feet,” she says. “You can build your next chapter, or even your business, on it. Suddenly, everything makes sense. There’s no confusion, no hesitation, no pretending to be someone else.”

Her philosophy grew from that discovery and became what she now calls Designed to Be Real, a framework that helps people align who they are with what they do. It brings together structure, awareness, and emotional intelligence to create meaningful and lasting change.

Building on this foundation, she created three coaching programs, each designed for a different stage of change: for those seeking clarity and direction, for those ready to take confident action, and for those who want to grow as authentic leaders or entrepreneurs.

Each one is rooted in the same principle. Real change begins when you return to what’s real.

As our conversation ends, she smiles, thoughtful but calm. “It’s not about starting over,” she says. “It’s about starting from what’s already strong and ready within you, from the part that’s been waiting to feel fulfilled.”

Build your brand, business, family, and career on your talents, let everything you create grow from who you truly are.

Talents.
Self-Belief.
Strengths.
Success.

Built from what’s real.

What about you?

Ask yourself:

  • Maybe you think you don’t have any special strengths. Everyone else seems more confident, creative, or strategic.

  • Maybe you’ve spent so long fixing weaknesses that you’ve forgotten to notice what already works.

  • Maybe you think talent is about luck, but it’s really about awareness and practice.

  • Maybe you believe you need a new skill to move forward, when in fact you just need to understand how to use what you already have.

“What if your next big breakthrough isn’t about working harder, but about working in your natural way?”

Who I work with?

If any of these resonate, let's create your next step together.

CAREER SHIFTERS AND EXPLORERS

You’re ready for a change, but not sure what it looks like yet. Maybe you want to switch fields, find work that feels more meaningful, or start something of your own. You can sense there’s more ahead, but the next step isn’t clear and your confidence isn’t where you’d like it to be.

That’s where we start. We take a clear look at who you are now, your experience, your strengths, what already works, what’s missing, and what truly matters to you. We explore the skills you’ve built, what you want to keep, and what you might want to learn next. Together we create direction, build confidence, and turn ideas into action.

The result is a career that feels right, grounded, energising, and fully yours.

BUSINESS AND CAREER ELEVATORS

You’ve worked hard, grown fast, and carried more than most people ever see. But lately, success feels different. You still want to grow, achieve, and move forward, but this time you want it to feel meaningful and aligned with who you are.

Perhaps you’re ready for the next step in your career, want to develop new skills, or feel the need to understand yourself better before deciding what’s next. You know there’s more potential in you, and you want to grow with purpose, clarity, and confidence.

That’s where we begin. We look at your strengths, values, and goals to find a direction that feels clear, fulfilling, and right for this next stage of success.

REBUILDERS AND RETURNERS

You’ve taken a break, maybe for family, health, or simply because life asked you to pause. Now you’re ready for what’s next, but the world has moved fast, and you want your next step to feel right, not rushed.

That’s where we begin. We look at who you are today, what matters most, and how your experiences have shaped you. Together we build clarity and confidence so you can return to work with purpose, balance, and a renewed sense of direction. Knowing your strengths helps you show up with confidence, speak with impact, and feel prepared for every opportunity ahead.

Why people work with me

People don’t come to me because everything is falling apart. They come because something is missing.

On paper, their career or business looks successful. But inside, there is a quiet tension. The goals they once chased no longer feel enough. The wins don’t bring the same satisfaction. They are asking themselves the same questions I once did, sitting in a showroom in Chelsea surrounded by luxury designs: What’s the point of reaching higher if it doesn’t feel right? Am I climbing the ladder that’s leaning against the wrong wall?

Others come to me spinning. They have read the books, filled the journals, collected advice, and they are still stuck. They don’t need more information. They need decisions, structure, and momentum.

And then there are the ambitious ones. Not lost, but hungry for more. They want a partner who sharpens their focus, saves them time, and helps them grow faster without burning out.

Whoever they are, they all reach the same moment: I don’t want to figure this out alone anymore.

That is where my work begins. Drawing on my journey from architecture to entrepreneurship, from corporate projects to global coaching, I help people see their strengths clearly, design a path that truly fits, and create growth that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

As a Gallup-trained strengths coach, I help people reflect smartly, not by analysing endlessly, but by seeing what’s already there. We look at your natural patterns of thinking, deciding, and creating results, and we translate them into practical steps that move you forward.

Smart reflection means asking the right questions, noticing what gives you energy, and understanding how to use your talents intentionally. It’s awareness in action and that’s where real growth begins.
