We all have our story Mine led me here to helping others write a better chapter in theirs.
I don’t see careers the way most people do.
I see patterns.
Potential.
Misalignment.
And I see it fast.
I don’t see people.
I see what is already there in you.
And what you stopped noticing.
I stay with things until they start to make sense.
Even when they don’t at first.
I see how things connect.
Even when it’s not obvious.
I bring structure to what feels messy.
So you can finally see it.
And I work with what is yours.
Not something you have to become.
I See You.
Talents.
Self-Belief.
Strengths.
Success.
Built from what’s real in You
Clients don’t come to me because they’re lost.
They come because they’ve outgrown where they are.
On paper, it works. Career, business, results.
But they can see it: this is not the level they want to stay on.
They don’t need more motivation.
They need clarity.
What’s right, what’s not,
and what deserves their time.
No random moves.
No starting over.
Just a clear next step that moves you forward at the right level.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You need a space where things start making sense.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before we talk.

My Unconventional Journey and Why That Makes Me the Perfect Match for You
Your Next Chapter Starts Now
How it really started For a long time, I thought I knew exactly who I was.
I had a clear direction, a strong identity, and work I trusted.
Until I didn’t.
I rebuilt myself in my forties.
I moved from Poland to London and built everything from scratch.
I learned how to adapt.
How to deliver.
How to prove myself again and again.
And it worked.
I built a career based on trust, precision, reputation.
From the outside, it made sense.
It is possible to climb with determination
And still end up against the wrong wall.
What I didn’t see at the time was this:
I wasn’t building on what was strongest in me.
I was building on skills.
On what was needed.
What was expected.
What I knew how to do well.
I built a career on skills and passion.
It worked.
With time, I evolved and needed more.
Nothing breaks.
That’s the trap.
You keep performing.
You keep delivering.
And slowly, quietly…
you lose the connection to yourself.
Then life slowed me down.
Motherhood did that.
Years out of work.
Space I didn’t ask for.
And with that something else came up.
Not dramatic. Not loud.
But very real.
Who am I… if I’m not my professional identity anymore?
That’s the moment most people avoid.
I couldn’t.
Because I no longer trusted the direction I was following.
Not because I had clarity.
Because I knew something was off.
I didn’t need another plan.
I needed to understand what I had been building on.
I had to look back.
To connect the dots.
To see what was actually mine.
You don’t move forward by changing who you are.
You move forward
by finally understanding it.
I don’t work at the level of CVs or decisions.
I work at the level underneath.
How you think.
How you choose.
What actually drives your decisions.
I make that visible.
On paper. In structure. In a way you can see.
This is who I work with.
People who did everything right.
And still feel… this is not it.
People who are successful on paper.
But disconnected underneath.
People who don’t need more advice.
They need to see clearly.
And rebuild from there.
This time, on something that is actually theirs.
Not as a radical change.
As a transformation.
Don’t build your work around what you are good at.
Build it around your talents.
That is where things start to work differently.
“Weronika has the so-called 6th sense with people in her case I think is already level 7 or even 8th, and joined with her great ability to talk with people freely about everything, she can “make you” confess even one’s darkest secrets without anyone noticing. She will lead you to acknowledge your strengths and make you improve both professionally and personally”
