Why I use Assessments — and what they’re really for.
If you’ve ever taken an online quiz and thought, “That’s interesting—but now what?”, you’re not alone. Many assessments only scratch the surface, offering little real guidance or depth. The tools I use are different.
I focus on scientifically proven assessments trusted by top professionals worldwide, designed to help you gain true self-awareness. For example, CliftonStrengths 34 by Gallup — and as a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach, I provide deep, meaningful insights into how you think, work, and lead.
This helps you discover what truly drives you, how you make decisions, and which factors might be holding you back. It’s a game-changing insight that allows you to build your career or business not on random ideas, but on what you’ve always had inside you — your strengths and passions. It’s like having a map of your inner world — clear, unique, and highly practical. And that’s exactly what I want to help you see and use.
“Assessments, when used well, reveal what energizes you, how you make decisions, and what may be holding you back. Your talents and passion are your greatest business assets — but only if you know how to use them.”
W.Littlewood

About CliftonStrengths Reports
Chris T./ Switzerland
"I finally stopped comparing myself to others. My Gallup results reminded me that I don’t have to be great at everything — I just need to lean into what makes me unique."
Sophie L./UK
"I chased leadership roles for years — I studied for an MBA, took endless courses, and worked hard. But no matter how much I tried, I couldn’t break through. When I took the Gallup CliftonStrengths test, I finally understood why. I wasn’t missing talent — I just had to lead differently. My strengths weren’t traditional, but they were powerful in their own way. Once I leaned into them, everything changed. I found my own way to lead — on my terms."
Aga W./Poland
"A year into building my business, I felt like I should have it all figured out — but instead, I was overwhelmed, doubting myself, and constantly procrastinating. I questioned if I was even cut out for this. The Gallup test didn’t just show me my strengths — it helped me understand why I work the way I do. Suddenly, the things I saw as weaknesses started making sense. I stopped fighting myself and started using what I naturally do best. It gave me direction, confidence, and a new kind of clarity I didn’t expect."

What actually happens in a session?
You bring your Clifton Strenghts raport. And I bring the right questions.
1.
Most people find it hard to clearly explain what they’re really good at—especially in stressful moments like interviews or big meetings. Strengths coaching helps you find the right, confident words to show your true talents. You’ll learn how to talk about what you do best in a natural and convincing way. Whether you’re writing your CV, going for a promotion, building your personal brand, or presenting your work, you’ll have the clear, powerful language that shows the real you and what you bring to the table.
Build the language
2.
Get to the core of your decision-making
The way you make decisions isn’t random — it’s guided by your natural talents. Some people act quickly, while others take time to reflect, research, or ask for advice. In coaching, you’ll discover how you make your best decisions, what might hold you back, and how to trust your own style. This helps you move forward with more confidence and clarity, and less doubt.
3.
Find what truly energizes you
In this session, we’ll look closely at your assessment results to see how your talents shape the way you communicate, make decisions, and prefer to work. We’ll highlight your key strengths, explain how talents differ from strengths, and point out any blind spots you might have. This will help you better understand yourself and improve how you connect with others.
4.
Where your talent is waiting to be used
Many people are using only a small part of their potential at work. We find the strengths you’re not using yet — and explore how they can help you grow, lead, or feel more fulfilled in what you do. Research by Gallup shows that employees who focus on their strengths are 6 times more likely to be engaged on the job and 3 times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life.
Turn Your Talents into Strengths and then Strengths Into a Strategy and win.
Your talent DNA is unique- it is time to use it
Ask yourself:
Am I playing small because I’m unclear — or because I’ve never seen the full picture of my strengths?
Am I building a career or business that fits who I am now — or just who I used to be?
What would shift if I gave myself permission to grow in the direction that actually fits me?
Who could I become if I stopped second-guessing myself and started trusting my natural strengths?
Am I choosing safety over growth — and calling it “being realistic”?
Clarity starts in week one — with a science-based test that shows you who you really are.
